PB Core is a configured construction operations platform — not a generic software installation.
The one-time implementation fee covers the initial deployment, configuration, and onboarding of the ProBuild Hub environment for your business.
What Your Implementation Includes
1. Business Environment Setup
We establish your ProBuild Hub environment and configure the foundational settings required for your organization.
Business and organization profile

User and access structure

2. Core Platform Configuration
We configure the standard PB Core features included with your subscription according to the information and requirements provided during onboarding.

3. Business Onboarding
We work with you to understand how your business currently operates and configure PB Core around the standard capabilities of the platform.
The objective is to make the system usable from day one — without requiring you to build the platform yourself.
4. Initial Data Setup
Implementation may include the configuration of basic business information and limited initial data required to establish the operating environment, as determined during onboarding.
This does not constitute a data migration service.
5. User Onboarding
We establish the initial user structure and provide basic orientation so your designated administrators understand how to use the platform.
6. Launch Readiness
Before launch, we perform a standard configuration review to verify that the PB Core environment is properly configured and ready for normal use.
What Is NOT Included
The $999.99 implementation fee is not an unlimited consulting, migration, development, or IT services allowance.
The following are outside the standard PB Core implementation scope and may require PB Plus professional services or a separate project quote:
Data Migration
Migration from another software platform
Migration from Procore, Buildertrend, Jobber, QuickBooks, Salesforce, or other systems
Large-scale spreadsheet or database imports
Historical project migration
Document or file migration
Data cleansing, restructuring, or deduplication
Custom Development

PB Plus can be used for additional configuration, migration assistance, integrations, custom workflows, data preparation, training, troubleshooting, and other professional services that fall outside standard PB Core implementation.

There are no assumptions that a $999.99 implementation fee includes unlimited labor.
